Subproject “Nanostructured thermoelectric materials” (Prof. Brandt) publishes an article: The heat conduction of extremely thin porous layers made of germanium and a silicone germanium alloy. Besides electric conductivity, thermal conductivity is the deciding factor for the quality of thermoelectric materials. » read more

We are pleased to be able to present the first publication created as part of this association from the subproject “Improved efficiency and stability of organic semiconductor layers”. Professor Thelakkat and his team from Bayreuth University present a new synthesis route for water-soluble polymers with improved electric properties for use in organic semiconductor devices. » read more
